If I had a coin for every good thing that God has done in my life, I would be a rich man. His grace is so abundant, not that it gives me the permission to sin more, but it motivates me more to do more, go higher and preach more for Jesus.
Many verses in the Bible that speaks about Fire and the relevance of fire and how you need the fire of God to live a life pleasing to Him. For some reason The Lord reminded me about the purification fire and 1 Peter 1:7 explains this principle:
So that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
I know that I am not the sole individual that prays for God to make our lives easier or to make the burden light. What we fail to understand is that the burden we carry is God’s way to refine our faith and build character.
Important to remember that the burdens I write about here has nothing to do with burdens of sin and shame. God promises us to be freed from every soul tie or temptation from sin we carry.
My prayer for you today is for you to embrace the purification through fire and to use it to build your faith. May we always remember that the building of our faith is not solely for our help, but necessary for us to plunder hell and populate heaven. The biggest revival that the heart ever see will soon come in Jesus name.
